I was a long time customer until they sold me a pair of frames that broke in the 11th month. Then I had to argue to get them to replace the glasses and only an inferior pair quality wise. Now I get my glasses through my opthamologist on the danforth. At a way better price for quality and style and by a proper doctor .

Went to Quality Optical to buy perscription glasses for my 6 year old son. While an anxious moment for me as a mother knowing my son has a quite severe perscription given his age Pran (Optician) was so comforting and helpful. My son was reluctant to try on even a single pair but the Opticians eased him into the process until finally my son chose one. I was expecting to pay quite a bit given the high quality brands they have but they were incredibly inexpensive and so friendly.
Defintley recommend if you want to deal with people that are like family.
