They have the worst customer service you can imagine! I bought sunglasses from this store for $700, and they did not allow me to exchange it – just three days later, even though the glasses were never used, and I was a returning customer (I had bought another expensive frame from there few months back). I even spoke to the owner and nothing! Just plain arrogant and unreasonable.

I will never set foot in that store and nor should you!

The glasses I purchased at Rapp Optical started to show some wear after a year so I took them back, and the technicians were able to buff them so they looked brand new, at no charge.

In addition to their excellent customer service, Rapp has a wide variety of designer glasses, so if you are looking for a special pair spectacles Rapp is the place to go.
