It's so typical when a company gets your money, they forget about the service. I purchased a pair of glasses here last week for $405.00, plus I paid them $60.00 in cash for the eye exam. Total $465. The gentleman working there told me they'd be ready to be picked up today (October 06, 2014) one full week after paying for them. When I stopped in today, or course they weren't ready. He told me that they didn't go out until Wednesday as they try to save money on outgoing couriers. As a consumer, I don't care how you run your business, that is the business owner's business, however, if I am told a week, I expect my product in a week. I don't care about you saving $20.00 on a courier. If you say Monday, get me my damn glasses on Monday. Don't let your business processes disappoint the customer, it's not the customer's problem.
