Carl is a lifesaver! I just had a roof installed by a company that had really great reviews but even with my untrained eyes, I noticed several deficiencies. I called Carl for a roof inspection and he came right away because he knew it was urgent, especially with the heavy rain forecast. He is a true professional and very experienced.

He found several serious deficiencies and informed me that not only could the roof not be repaired and was at high risk of leakage in multiple areas, but that I would need a complete roof replacement. I sent Carl's detailed inspection report to the roofing company, who of course, denied the seriousness of the deficiencies and suggested simple fast patches. Luckily Carl took the time to carefully explain to me why none of the proposed fixes would work and why a full roof replacement was needed and also walked me through the next steps.

We hired Carl Inkman to help us with a replacement of the roof of a commercial building, which was a significant undertaking. Carl was our hero. I was given his name by a local roofing company who spoke very highly of him. He replied to my urgent request for help within moments of receiving my message and came out on super-short notice to inspect our roof. He created a very detailed, professional report and delivered it less than 24 hours later.
