Hidden Gem with a lot of extras. We enjoyed a free glass of wine after trying several of their varieties. The hot tub was two person and you signed up for your own private session. We enjoyed and outdoor firepit. The stay also included a made to order breakfast with mimosas. Amazing place.

The staff here is absolutely amazing! So helpful and kind. The food is DELICIOUS. Especially the breakfast. Delicious huge variety of wine. The rooms are so cute and clean. The hot tub is perfect. You cannot beat the scenery. It's off the beaten path but worth the drive! Check it out for a romantic get away, a girl's weekend, or a family reunion!

Overall, this was a decent place to rest our heads during our wedding weekend, but for the price we paid, there were several things that left us disappointed.
We checked in Thursday and checked out Sunday. The room itself was smaller than we expected from the photos. My husband was particularly disappointed that the TV was not a smart TV and only had a limited selection of channels. For a multi-night stay, having the ability to stream something in the evening would have been a nice addition.
There were definitely some positives. The water pressure in the bathroom was great, and the mini split in the bedroom kept the room comfortable. The bed itself was fine, although neither of us cared for the pillows.
One thing we really missed was having a small microwave. Since we were staying for several days around our wedding, something as simple as being able to make oatmeal or heat up a quick snack would have been extremely useful.
We also noticed a tip envelope for housekeeping in the room. During our stay, we did not receive fresh linens, new towels, or any room cleaning. For a multi-night stay, we would have appreciated some basic housekeeping upkeep, especially with a tip envelope being left in the room for that service.
My initial drive to the property was also a little nerve-racking. I am not from the area and had been told that I needed to check in before 7 PM. At one point, I was driving for roughly three miles on a tar-and-chip road without seeing any signage reassuring me that I was still headed toward the winery. It genuinely felt like I had turned onto a private campground or access road, and as someone unfamiliar with the area, that was concerning. Even one or two additional signs along the way would have made the arrival much more comfortable.
Our biggest frustration was how early everything seemed to shut down.
The property is fairly secluded, with no restaurant or gas station particularly close by. Food service ended around 8ā9 PM, and after that there really was not anything available until breakfast the following morning. For guests staying multiple nights, especially those coming and going from wedding activities, having some type of later food option, grab-and-go snacks, or even basic conveniences in the room would make a huge difference.
My husband also thought it was a little unusual to have family portraits displayed throughout some of the common areas. It gave parts of the property more of a private-family-home feeling than the traditional B&B or hotel atmosphere we were expecting.
Overall, it was quiet, the room served its purpose, and there were things we appreciated about the stay. I could see it being a good fit for someone looking for a very peaceful, secluded getaway and an older or more traditional B&B atmosphere.
For us personally, though, the limited amenities, early closing times, smaller room, lack of housekeeping upkeep, and lack of conveniences like a microwave or smart TV made it difficult to justify spending around $600 for the stay.
Needless to say, my husband has since informed me that I have officially lost my B&B-booking privileges for future trips after seeing how much I paid for this one.
I would not personally pay that amount to stay here again.

We came here for a weekday overnight stay, and had a great time! We started with a wine tasting and food at the cafe. I love their wine and it was hard to choose a favorite (we ended up with a bottle of the strawberry rhubarb). The breakfast we had was delicious! The mimosas were a nice treat and I donāt think Iāve ever had such perfectly cooked sausage. The property was so lovely. We stayed in the Deer Creek room, it was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We sat outside on one of the porch swings and also used the outdoor hot tub. All of the staff were very warm and welcoming. Weāll definitely be back!

Absolutely Incredible, with the most genuine and accommodating owners!
I stayed here as part of a retreat, and from the moment we arrived it was clear this place is something special. The property itself is stunning ā tucked away in the countryside with peaceful views and a relaxing atmosphere that makes it perfect for a getaway, wedding, or special event.
What truly made the experience unforgettable, though, was the staff. Their level of care and hospitality was beyond anything you typically see. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, happy, and taken care of the entire time. They even stayed late so I could still enjoy the sauna and hot tub after our retreat activities ended, and when I needed medication, they personally made sure I had what I needed. That kind of kindness and service is rare.
The food was delicious (the stuffed French toast was amazing!), the rooms were beautifully decorated with fun beach themes, and every detail made the stay feel warm and welcoming.
Iām already planning to come back with my husband and daughter and would absolutely recommend Deer Creek Winery for retreats, weddings, events, or just a relaxing weekend away.
Beautiful place. Incredible people. Truly memorable experience.
