I met one of their employees in HSBC last November to discuss about the procedure to collect international manager cheque but the guy just played around intentionally raising lots of nonsense IFs & BUTs to put me off! Disappointing Service...

I'm only giving 1 star because -25 isn't an option!
It's difficult to comprehend how utterly clueless, incompetent and unprofessional this branch is. Every interaction with the staff is painful. They have no knowledge or understanding of basic banking processes. They provide incorrect and random information which varies wildly on an hourly basis. Customer service it totally alien to them, and they fail to follow the most basic of instructions.

We were there with my wife yesterday for a transaction. Very nice and professional staff, they took care of my request diligently. Good central Fredericton location and no wait time. Miroslava and the rest of the empoyees did everything necessary to respond to my request. Best HSBC branch so far.
