Very open and very professional to deal with
Adam the owner of the company was very flexible and easy to deal with .
They just finished our roof they changed the plywood and shingles and so far everything is good no issues we did it in mid of November and after we got good amount of snow. So i recommend this company

LP Platinum Roofing & Exteriors were fantastic. I don’t think I have ever worked with a company that was more responsive. After inquiring about re-shingling my shed and porch, Adam was here in less than a day to inspect and provide a quote. He didn’t try and sell me more than I needed and offered me the best solution possible.

Adam also answered all my questions, and never made me feel like any of them were ridiculous, although I’m sure some were.
It's such a comforting feeling to have a company you trust and can go to when something even unexpected happens.

We had our roof replaced by LP Platinum this week and my husband and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience, from the initial visit to inspect the roof to the clean up of the crew after they completed the job. Adam, the owner, came promptly to inspect our roof after having a leak. He explained the problem and never pushed us to replace the whole roof. After answering all our questions we decided on a full roof replacement. Adam gave us a very fair quote, presented colour options and brought samples by the next day. Adam scheduled the job within two weeks and he kept us posted as too the exact day the work would be completed. His crew showed up early, completed the job in one day and thoroughly cleaned up the site. We are extremely happy with the quality of the job. Thanks Adam and the crew at LP Platinum.

We hired LP Platinum to redo our roof and the entire process was absolutely seamless from start to finish. Adam and his team are very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Had my roof re-shingled by LP Platinum Roofing & Exteriors Ltd. Crew was courteous, protected and cleaned up the work area. Good value for the comparable quotes obtained. Appreciated the effort of the crew working in the heat and having to hand bomb the shingles to the roof as the hydro lines didn't allow the crane to place the shingles on the roof. Meet the time lines promised. I would definitely include LP Platinum Roofing & Exteriors Ltd in any future quotes you are obtaining for similar work.
