Kevin and his crew repaired some major water damage for our house in Sudden Valley. They are very knowledgeable, experienced, and transparent about scope of work and pricing. Most general contractors can do framing, but very few can do this level of repair and do it properly. I’ve been very happy with Kevin’s work, and would happily recommend him to anyone looking to repair a house.

Kevin and his crew were polite and professional. They got the job done sooner than expected and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent work at a reasonable price.

My husband and I are so happy with our new deck that Diamond Construction put in. Kevin was amazing throughout the process- very knowledgable, friendly and always transparent about the costs. He went above and beyond to patiently explain the more technical details and kept us in the loop about everything. His team was so easy to work with and easy to have around. Both Kevin and Travis were master craftsmen figuring out work arounds for our unusual lot and the outside serving counter. They finished on schedule too.
We can’t recommend them highly enough and hope to use them again in the future!

Kevin and his team helped to remodel our retaining wall, deck, and patio. He clearly explained or options and helped us consider materials at different price points. Kevin communicated the timeline clearly and helped us to achieve our goals for the space within out intended budget. When some issues with drainage occurred, Kevin was quick to find a solution. Kevin is responsive and easy to work with.

What a professional experience. I was looking for a contractor to remodel my deck. Mine was falling apart and I wanted to upgrade it. An amazing craftsman at his trade. Very detailed oriented work. Made every step of the process very comfortable. Was clear and was confident in answering any questions I had. I had an idea of what I wanted and he helped in finding all the materials needed to make my vision come to fruition. The project was done in a timely manner. The job site was organized and clean every day. When the project was completed it was like he was never there.I will have Kevin back again to work on any future projects. I have finally found my construction company. One of the nicest guys I have ever met. Thanks Kevin you are the best. Love my deck so much.
