Paid a little over 2000 for a new steam washer and dryer! Got it home and tested it & water poured all over my basement floor due to a fully broken part... Not a scratch or a dent... I couldnt get my money back or any compensation and I have been without my washer for over 2 weeks having to take my clothes elsewhere! Great customer service ! ....
