After spending over 17 years in the Emergency department, she felt that Urgent Care would allow her to care for acute illnesses without the often-chaotic hospital environment. For Tonya, the most rewarding part of her job is recognizing the opportunity to improve her patients’ health and wellbeing and seeing them leave the clinic feeling better than when they first arrived.
