I chose Precision Plumbing based on Google Reviews score. Now I know why they got such high marks.

Plumber arrived on time, was extremely polite and courteous. He quickly went to work on the problematic sump pump and diagnosed a defective valve, not the whole pump. This was very honest, others would have changed (and charged) the whole pump.

The next fix was a leaking valve in a really tight spot near the wall under a sink. He knew exactly how to proceed; that was quickly and expertly taken care of. He proceeded with caution with the open flame when soldering and made sure no leak was present after.

Price was reasonable with neatly detailed costs.

All in all, excellent work by a smart and agreeable person (Anesti). I recommend him without hesitation.

If you’re on the West Island, highly recommend the Precision Plumbing team! Dylan and Brandon were excellent to work with and took pride in their work. We had a big job, needed our main drain replaced. The process ran into several unforeseen obstacles, but Precision handled it all flawlessly. They communicated clearly, coordinated with the city, conducted follow-ups, and prioritized additional visits as needed.

Work was handled very professionally, all changes were communicated honestly and transparently, we were kept well informed throughout the process. Their pricing is extremely fair.

On top of all of that, they were very tidy and organized.

World class service. I'd recommend this team to everyone I know.

Excellent service!

This company made everything very easy from the initial phone call to the confirmation texts.

The plumber who arrived was courteous and extremely efficient. He removed his shoes when he entered my place. He answered my questions.. He worked quickly and he was also very neat.

The pricing was fair, and there were no hidden surprises.

This company was recommended to me by some friends on the West Island. I too now recommend it highly.

I was extremely satisfied with the service offered by Precision Plumbing. The plumber that came to the house was friendly and competent. He kept me abreast of progress on the work and explained the various options available (in terms I was able to understand).

I was very impressed with Precision Plumbing. The technicians arrived on time and were extremely professional. They were able to conduct a thorough inspection and provide clear explinations in easy to understand terms. My issues were resolved quick and effectively.
