We’ve had an excellent experience with Fairway Lawns, especially our technician, Richard Thompson. Richard is hardworking, dependable, and genuinely cares about getting the job done right. He takes pride in his work and makes sure our lawn receives the attention and care it needs.

It’s refreshing to have a technician who truly cares about the quality of his work and his customers. Richard is definitely an asset to Fairway Lawns! We truly appreciate his outstanding service and highly recommend him!

We are looking at changing services. While they do a decent job everywhere else, there are 2 places we've repeatedly asked them to get and they are too lazy to throw granules to it. It's rock in the pic, NOT a garden so that can't be the excuse. It's right in the same path as the rest of the yard. If I were a year person and saw weeds like you see in pics, I'd just throw some granules over that way just because.

Unfortunately we have had a similar experience with Fairway lawns as many others. Our yard is the worse in the neighborhood and for $126 for 18 months I’m not sure it’s worth it. We’ve called to have them adjust treatments but it seems to just get worse. My boxwoods have suddenly turned brown and are dying, and our yard is worse than when they started

I have used Fairway Lawns for nine years. They did a fabulous job until last summer, when I was assigned a new technician. Last summer, the company fought against my request to spot spray the many weeds in my lawn; Their customer service was horrendous. In the end, they complied. This spring I again have weeds throughout my lawn. I will request spot spraying, but I’m going to find another company to work with in the future. I should not have to take pictures of weeds in my lawn (81 photos taken today in my front yard alone!) to prove they exist. By the way, my next door neighbors also use Fairway. A different tech does their lawn, which is immaculate! My dissatisfaction clearly lies with the tech assigned to service my yard.

I have been using Fairway Lawns for about 8 years and I really like our tech Thomas as he is very thorough in managing our lawn. I really like that we have the same tech who gets to know the yard so it always looks great. Also, by having the same tech he knows what I do each year, like overseeing fescue in the shade areas, so he can manage what is put down and when to compliment my efforts in keeping a healthy full lawn.
