We’re so grateful to Suren Suntharalingam for helping us secure the financing we needed to turn our property into a successful rental. This wasn’t just a transaction—it was a major step in building our future, and he treated it with the care and attention it deserved. From the start, Suren took the time to understand our goals, offered smart, strategic advice, and found us the perfect mortgage solution tailored for rental income.

Even when we ran into unexpected challenges, he stayed calm, professional, and laser-focused on getting us across the finish line. Thanks to his deep knowledge of investment lending and rental property strategy, we were able to close smoothly and with confidence.

Because of Suren we’re now successfully renting out our property and beginning to see the long-term financial freedom we hoped for. We highly recommend him to do anyone looking to finance or rent out a property. You’ll be in excellent hands.

Suren was wonderful to deal with. He is extremely professional and proactive, and was very understanding of my preferences and situation, and did his utmost to accommodate me on short notice. He was very patient navigating me through the formalities and explaining away all my doubts and questions. He was very reachable and flexible to meet and make it to appointments.

I'm truly thankful to have found a new home thanks to his help, and would absolutely recommend his services to anyone else.

We had an incredible experience working with Suren . From the very beginning, he was proactive and took the time to truly understand our preferences. Instead of just forwarding listings, he personally visited properties to filter out unsuitable options, ensuring we only spent time on homes that matched our needs. This made the process incredibly smooth and stress-free.

Beyond that, Suren is a very calm, composed, and skilled negotiator who always communicates professionally. He advocates for his clients’ best interests while finding a balanced solution, making the entire experience seamless.
