This rating is based on an unprofessional over the phone experience I had with Dr. Roberti's secretary Peggy at the Georgian Mall in Barrie Ontario.

I called Dr. Roberti's office Friday July 18th at 1:30pm to book an eye exam for my five year old daughter.

A secretary by the name of Peggy ignorantly answered the phone as if I was disturbing her especially when I tried to inquire more information about the Ontario eye exam coverages for my daughter.

She rudely, disrespectfully, and ignorantly responded to me in a demeaning tone as if to try and make me feel like an idiot that I didn't do my research before calling her office resulting in a waste of her time.

When I tried to book a date and time after 5pm because we work for a living like most people, she suggested that we go to another optometrist who accommodates evening appointments.

I told her we'll do just that and take our business elsewhere considering the awful manner in which she had failed to professionally welcome and accommodate our 5 year old little girl as a new patient.

Not to mention myself, a previous existing customer...

I was left speechless and in shock after this horrifying experience from this so called "professional" medical establishment who is supposed to offer "professional" service!
