Good little gym but it's too warm in the summer. They really need to invest in a better air conditioner. Every time I come to work out, I can't go until failure because I'm too warm. It was 27c out today and they couldn't get the place colder than 20c. The gym had barely 8 people in it.

I've been working out here over the last 2 years. Best gym in town! Great machines, friendly staff and very clean.

I recently joined this gym. It’s super conveniently located for me which I love. The gym is always super clean, well equipped with new/ very well maintained equipment. It has everything you need and more to get a solid workout. Bonus that it’s also 24/7!
The staff have always been very kind. I really enjoy this gym. I feel very comfortable while there. It’s helped me regain the confidence and desire to workout in a public gym again :)

Member since May 2017. Very clean little gym with all the equipment, good ventilation and great natural light. Staff is very friendly and the gym is not busy at all outside of some small windows of time (11:30-13:00; 15:30-18:30). And "busy" is a big word compared to some other places.

This gym is great! The staff cleans the place everyday, theres always 1 to 3 trainers on site available to give tips and help. I appreciate training at this gym!
