The management was extremely professional and explained everything, including things we had not anticipated about storing our belongings long-term. Fil made sure all of our questions were answered and provided us with multiple options and helped us come to the best storage size for our needs, with flexible plans. We would highly recommend the storage facility to anyone who is in the area.

I left my phone in an Uber. The young man in the office allowed me to stay in the office on a 100° day. He stayed late with me until my phone was returned and I could leave. I have serious health issues and very much appreciated his kindness. I recommend this facility for that reason along with cleanliness and professionalism.

I never write reviews but after seeing how clean and well maintained this place is, not to mention the amazing customer service, I had to come on here and let everyone know how amazing it is. The supervisor is incredibly kinda and explains everything fantastically. He shows you to your unit and shows you how all the locks and gates work. He also reads through the lease with you and makes sure you are all set. Also DU students get very nice perks, free locks and maybe even a goodie bag, so definitely mentioned that you’re
a student at the desk. I recommend this place to everyone, it is definitely the best place and also has reasonable rates.

I recently reserved a 10’ x 15’ unit at this 303 Self Storage on Broadway. I’m super impressed by the facility, and it was immediately my first choice to store my stuff. It’s clean, very well lit, feels safe and secure, and is easy to navigate. Phil was very helpful to work with and provided great recommendations. He clearly cares a lot about customers having an excellent experience. I’m happy with the price and transparency and glad I found this storage place.

Every part of the process was easy, and the two individuals with which I interacted were very personable and helpful. Tyler was new but did a great job, and Phil's confident demeanor put me at ease when showing me the truck that is free to use to move in. The 10' X 5' unit fit all my junk perfectly with room to spare, and the facility and unit were clean and well maintained. A+ all around.
