This is our second purchase from Korf and it’s always a pleasure to do business with them. We are from Denver and specifically go there for our vehicle purchases. They make the process simple and they are great and honest people to work with.

I recently purchased a used car through Korf Motors. Overall I'm content with my experience, but it was not a smooth process. It felt like I was one of the first people they sold a car too;
- Car was not cleaned (outside or inside)
- Salesman was kind and flexible, but didn't seem prepared for the car transaction. I was called after purchasing my car asking for documents I provided earlier.
- Unsure what came with the car (jack, ev charger)
- Purchasing process was not clear from the beginning (I wasn't sure how much the final price would be, what forms of payment they accepted, or what steps I need to take after purchasing)

A piece of feedback would be to make sure the car is ready to be seen by the customer before they arrive (cleaned, tired filled, etc) and know what exactly comes with the car.

I have to say these guys were great, I've been /worked with dealerships, and these are the best. There was no pressure whatsoever which I truly appreciate, they showed me vehicles once I found the truck I wanted entered the process and there was no stress smooth process. Truly like these guys. Thank you for helping me find the truck.

The sales and service department are outstanding!! They go above and beyond to take care of their customers during and after purchasing a vehicle. They have been very helpful with my 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 that I recently purchased. The customer service from sale and service has been outstanding!

I highly recommend Korf in Sterling, Colorado for your next vehicle purchase, they will get you in the vehicle you need and provide the customer service that you deserve!!

If I could rate zero I would but this place is not nice to low income folks and people who need decent vehicles. If you go here then bring a EXPENSIVE code reader that can read cleared codes found a bunch on my vehicle that had some cleared on the date that I got my vehicle so..yeah at your own risk. I got a 2011 Chevy Silverado from them needing everything from top to bottom replaced and I was down on my luck in life and I told them I need reliable help and they did not give that to me instead they gave me life prolonging problems and constant fear of not being able to have anything on plates because this vehicle has been stealing food off my family’s plates..I’m never coming back to KORF motors in Sterling Co. Talking to a national debt relief company now.
