Everyone there is genuinely wonderful and friendly. However, I’ve been disappointed by their lack of respect for my time. During my first visit six months ago, I waited over 45 minutes, and on my most recent visit, I left after a 30-minute wait without my cleaning. I wanted to give them another chance because of their warmth and friendliness, but I simply can’t keep returning to a place that values my time so little. I will not be returning 🫤

Dr. Lopez is a fabulous dentist! I have horror stories from going to dentist. I felt safe and secure throughout my procedure. She was thorough from start to the end of teeth treatment. I have to say this is a first in my 50.years of living.

Dental Hygienist, Angela, pretty awesome as well. She gave my space when I started to feel anxiety from being on the chair. She was compassionate and "gentle" with my deep cleaning. She actually paused to understand my anxiety.

Overall great teeth treatment today. And the front staff, fabulous.

I want to say Thank you to the staff at Gentle Dental. I met the manager Lili and the front desk receptionist Gilbert and they were both very nice and welcoming, almost like family. I went in for a deep clean and also got to meet Angela the hygienist, I must say what a professional, Angela truely was patient and Gentle in the process, she explained every single detail of the treatment and took care to be "Gentle" living up to the name.
The office itself was very, very clean and presentable. You can most certainly be sure that you will love this office for all your dental needs.

Easily my best experience at the dentist in my entire life! I needed some cavities to be taken care of, and a deep cleaning, and was blown away at how gentle and reassuring Sandra was. She made me feel calm and at ease which is a rare thing when you’re at the dentist. I noticed how clean my teeth looked and felt after and was so grateful for her taking the time with me! Highly recommend her if you’re in for a visit :)

Such a well run office. Ive worked with two dentists. Both were amazing. Always explained what they were doing as we went. Never experienced any pain or discomfort. This is the best group of dentists and staff I've ever been too.
