Only company that answered and cared that we needed a tire on the side of the road at 12:30 at night, came from over 2 hours away and got all 4 done fast for us with no problems, alex communicated greatly and got there fast and on time, and felix got the tires done fast with no problems, and at a great price too, thank you guys 💜

Helped me get back on the road for a reasonable price highly recommend! These guys are fair and real. I’ve dealt with some sketchy companies. Over the years of truck driving and these guys are solid! Highly recommend!!

Definitely call these guys for help! When my truck broke down in Hermiston, King's Towing was the company that answered the call! They were good communicators, had a prompt response time, and even saved me a second time in one day when I had to go to a different mechanic to get service. The driver was super polite and knew exactly what he was doing. You'll be in great hands if you call King's Towing!! I hope I never break down again but if I needed another tow, they would be the first I would call for help.

I've used KINGS and Miguel for hydraulic, air tank, air line and lighting issues for the past two years. Miguel has been my main man to get all of my issues fixed and addressed in a timely manner. I have been stuck over the weekend here in Umatilla, OR, I texted Miguel to tell him what's going on and even though my company called someone else, Miguel took time out of his own schedule to come check on me and he took me out to dinner. Great company and they have an awesome employees that take the extra time to help a truck driver out. I will always recommend KINGS and Miguel to my company or any other company that needs work done.

Nice folks to work with and they jumped right onto my issues. Unfortunately, they could not fix the problem like the authorized Carrier repair at Utility Trailer in Boise, ID. I had asked for a complete fuel line to be replaced from the tank to the reefer due to leaks. When I got down the road I found more leaks in the line due to quick-connect couplers that were in our brand-new line. We ended up being late for the delivery, violating my hour of service to reach the emergency repair location and not keeping the product we were shipping at the desired temperature. We paid our bills with their shop. Overpaid $540 for what Loves had charged $130 previously. Not to mention the fuel line replacement cost that was wasted when it had to be redone. I politely reached out to the staff about these issues and sent proof of the work done later, but have yet to hear back. We like to keep good working relations with our partners on the road and continue business at a later date. Hopefully, we come to a resolution and not just feel like we got burned.

Update: King's Owner Alex reached out to me to offer a refund and set things right👍

As of 1/24/24, we received no refund.
Certified Carrier techs at Utility Trailer in Boise, ID. Showed me that the line was never replaced, only new couplers were installed at the breaks in the line. The Utility tech installed a new line, replaced fuel/ air filters, and performed an annual PM. in under 2 hours. I did have a great time fishing on the Columbia while I dealt with fuel leaks for 4 days!

As of 2/6/24 Alex from the shop sent a full refund.
Way to keep make amends when mistakes are made. Earning customers is harder than keeping them.
