Had the most amazing experience with Kate last weekend at this location! My friends and I were having a girls weekend in Vegas, and decided to do a little shopping. This shopping experience is really impressive. Thanks to Ms Ingrid’s excellent service. Ingrid was really helpful during the process. I came to the store planning to purchase a bracelet. It turned out that the bracelet was a little longer. Ingrid understood that I cared about the length, and helped me to measure the length very accurately. She managed to follow up to have technician altered the length, and mailed it to me within about a week as promised. The bracelet is pretty and exact the length I was looking for. Ingrid really tried her best to make this shopping experience as easy as possible. Even more, when she noticed that my kids would like to join me (they were waiting outside of the store with dad), she invited them to come in and comfort them (young kids who usually are not patient with shopping) by encouraging them to color the color pages and play with stickers that the store had. The kids really listened to her and play independently the whole time. Great service and great product, thank you!

I had such a lovely time here at VCA at the Forum. In Vegas there are quite a few boutiques to select from, but I was so happy to shop with Kate here. She made the experience so special and helped to find a perfect piece for me. She is patient and thoughtful, and her love for her job is evident. I’m already looking forward to shopping again with her!
