HOW NOT TO SERVICE A CUSTOMER- broke their delivery promise of our four appliances, attempting to deliver a floor model fridge without notifying me, responding to my question of "when will the dishwasher be in?" with "once I know you will be the first to know". When i was already told in was in stock.
Not at any time did we receive an apology for the inconvienence to us or the plumber that was hired. I cancelled the remainder of my order and went in the store to pick up my refund, and even at that time not even an apology. Business must be good to throw away $4000.00 in sales! RUDE Staff.
