Rob and Devon did an exceptional job power washing my house recently. They arrived an hour early which I appreciate (a hard to find thing these days) and I live about an hour away from their business. They were friendly, respectful and professional, took extra care of the property during power washing and the result was beautiful. Got rid of mildew and algae that built up over the last couple of years. Even cleaned the gutters for us too. Once they were done Rob explained all that he power washed. They are also reasonably priced! We will continue to use their services in the future.

Rob at Kurian Outdoor solutions is very responsive, quick, and informative. From quote to project completion the experience was great! We had our entire house soft washed and a patio and walkway power washed cleaned and treated. They protected our outdoor systems and confirmed services prior to starting.

We did experience one minor issue that the team brought to our attention and worked with us to correct. They presented a number of options to remedy the problem all of which were okay. We agreed upon the remedy quickly. I recommend this service in the Douglassville area.

Best home improvement for the money!
I wish I had more photos. The back of the house was worse and the 30 year old roof was covered in thick moss and mold. Kurian treated the roof and within a few weeks it was cleared, clean looked like new. Just in time for selling my house. It made a big difference.

We’ve used Kurien outdoor solutions multiple times for power washing my entire exterior and cannot recommend them highly enough. Rob is friendly; courteous, responsive and takes pride in his work. The attention to detail is noteworthy where they focus on cleaning out even the most stubborn spots, all with non-toxic ingredients. They will be my go to provider for any external pressure washing.

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would! Rob and his crew from Kurian are absolutely fantastic! They came to our commercial construction project and completed some outstanding clean up and power washing work. Showed up in a very professionally set up truck with top notch equipment, they all were extremely professional and polite. I’m impressed, and extremely happy with the quality of work they provided. Check out the before and after pictures!! Thanks again Rob, will definitely use you in the future!!
