I recently visited this property and had the best experience with Shane. Highly recommend Shane for property management! He is incredibly reliable, organized, and quick to respond to any questions or issues. Shane has made the entire apartment hunting process stress-free and handles everything with the utmost professionalism. Five stars!

Alison and Shane have been so kind and helpful to me! I live by myself and it’s nice to have people there that care. I feel safe and I love the area. Thank you for my super cute apartment! I love living here! Plus the price for my large apartment is not matched for this location and nice property compared to the others locally.

I’ve had a great experience interacting with Shane at The Slate. He is professional, friendly, responsive, and genuinely seems to care about the residents and the community he manages. The property is well maintained, welcoming, and it’s clear that a lot of effort goes into making The Slate a great place to call home. Shane is the kind of manager who takes pride in what he does and treats people with respect. Highly recommend checking out The Slate if you’re looking for an apartment community with attentive management!

Adding to an earlier review, this place is going downhill and FAST. New management "team" came in and there was no communication of this happening! Trash everywhere is simply unacceptable for "luxury apartments". I have lived here for several months now and 2!!!!! out of the three treadmills have not worked since moving in.... As "nice" as the maintenance team are, they do not get much done. If I could give zero stars I would. Be weary of them deleting bad reviews as well. I do NOT recommend moving here.

We've been here two years and we always have the cutest events!! I had just mentioned it was Smores weather to my husband last week.

I look out my window last night to find a smore station and lots of fun neighbors around the firepits! Such fun!
