This is the most unprofessional company in the history of the hamptons. Do not rely on them. They will come up with some excuse of why they missed a job, can’t make a job, cancel on you last minute. Would give a negative 10 star if I could.

After a quick Google search I found this company. Mike came and did an outstanding job cleaning my room. He has been in business for 20+ years and it shows. He was extremely efficient, professional, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to walk me through each step of the cleaning and explained exactly what products were being used, which gave me a lot of confidence knowing everything was natural, safe, and free from harsh chemicals.

One of the rooms he cleaned is going to be our newborn’s nursery, so it was very important to my wife and I that the products were safe for both babies and pets. Mike was very transparent about the entire process and made us feel completely comfortable from start to finish.

Another thing I really appreciated was that the carpets were left truly clean without any overpowering “fresh scent” or chemical odor afterward. You can tell the products he uses are natural and not masking anything with heavy fragrances.

I’m beyond impressed with both the quality of the work and the level of customer service. The carpet look amazing, and knowing they were cleaned with safe, natural products gives us real peace of mind. I couldn’t be more satisfied and would highly recommend Long Island Carpet Cleaning to anyone looking for high-quality, trustworthy service.

The technicians from Long Island Carpet Cleaning did an exceptional job. They worked thoroughly and made sure every corner of the carpet was cleaned properly. Even high-traffic areas that looked worn and dull now appear bright and refreshed. I truly appreciate their professionalism and effort.
