Rémi came to my house to replace a shower drain. I had a baby napping, and he did everything he could to avoid disturbing me.

He called me 30 minutes beforehand to let me know he'd be there, and he was in the yard 30 minutes later. Sincerely, thank you so much!

No after-sales service whatsoever. I tried to contact them for a plumbing emergency on one of their own installations. After initial contact, they went completely silent: no response to calls or texts. If you're looking for a reliable plumber in an emergency, look elsewhere.
