Had a wonderful experience with Lee and Footjax. My orthotics have helped eliminate pain I've lived with for years. Would definately recommend them to anyone.

The custom made orthodics purchased from Footjax in Calgary created a secondary problem more severe than the original. Foojax was given a chance to rectify the problem but could not fix it. A second set of custom made othhodocs purchased from another orthodics company in Calgary resolved the problem. Footjax refused to issue any refund.

Custom Orthotics have the highest efficacy rate for intervention for a large majority of lower limb orthopedic issues - especially in the feet. When a person presents with multiple issues, such as foot and knee pain, small incremental orthotic adjustments are common in order to find the "happy medium" between foot injury resolution and knee injury resolution. This individual did not give adjustments a fair shot and refused to adhere to my footwear recommendations for golf. Her husband was very threatening over the phone, and in fact they did receive a refund over the phone. She never did return the orthotics I made for her!
