Stunning Rooms!

-Stayed for 2 nights for surgery
-Rooms were very spacious & beautiful
-internet was very great over 100MPS
-Staff was very welcoming & we loved the quick vallet option so we didnt have to worry about our vehicle.
-Great downtown location, in walking distance to a ton of restaurants & coffee shops

Overall, stunning hotel from the lobby to the rooms! Highly recommend if you are in the area.

It’s been a long time since I’ve stayed at a normal hotel that isn’t tagged luxury or resort and had such a great stay. The entire hotel is in great condition & maintained well. It’s on the newer side but it’s not brand new. It’s modern and such a cool building with the curve facade. The staff was good and rooms were kept in great shape too. Room service was quick. They serve a hot breakfast daily and it was filling with plenty of options. The hotel doesn’t have a parking lot or garage so valet is really the only option but it’s pretty seamless. It’s located near tons of good restaurants and bars and even the capitol. The only negative I have is the omelet bar was slow and one guy just wouldn’t listen to my order and would forget ingredients or completely forget my order. Took a while couple mornings with the long lines and waiting for redoing the order.

We had an outstanding stay at this Embassy Suites. From the moment we arrived, the hotel was beautiful, welcoming, and exceptionally well maintained. The common areas were spotless, and our room was comfortable, clean, and exactly what we were hoping for.

We thoroughly enjoyed both the evening reception and the complimentary breakfast. What truly made this stay memorable, however, was the level of hospitality. The General Manager personally stopped by our table during breakfast to check on our stay and even took the time to clear our table. That kind of genuine, hands-on service speaks volumes about the culture of the hotel.

This experience perfectly reflects why we continue to choose the Hilton brand whenever we travel. We look forward to finding another reason to visit Madison in the future.

This Embassy Suites is one of our favorite hotels so far. The location is excellent, right in the heart of everything, and we felt very safe during our stay. It’s within walking distance of restaurants and the Capitol, which made exploring the area easy and convenient. Our dogs enjoyed watching all the people walking by on the street. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and our room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

The front desk employee Marshall was great. Super friendly and welcoming. My husband and I got 2 free drinks each upon checking on that we could use during their reception time 5-7pm I believe. Breakfast was complimentary- with create your own omelet. The Lobby was beautiful. Bartender- not sure what his name was but super friendly also. Didn’t seem irritated when I ordered something and wasn’t sure what was in it or how I wanted him to make it. He offered suggestions. Super nice Staff!!! Marshal allowed us to have a complimentary late check out til 1pm- due to my husband having something to do the next day until 2:30pm. We would definitely stay at an Embassy again! LOVED IT!
