They have a no return policy on oven elements, not even a restocking fee.Pay for them, and you cannot return them if they are not used.I will never buy from here again, and would advise future customers to shop elswhere, they have a return policy.This company has taken 93 dollars for the oven elements.I feel like they are the Grinch company that stole Christmas.Beware.

We have dealt with Knapps on several occasions, purchasing used appliances for our rental property. They have an excellent supply of appliances - very clean, no problems whatsoever. And the staff is extremely nice and knowledgeable. I have no problem recommending Knapps to anyone and have many times in the past.
