I just want everyone to know to be very careful about signing their FR contract as they will take any and all renewals at the end. It's not even expressly stated in the contract, but they'll do it anyways. You're better off with a broker contract and/or going somewhere else. There is almost no reason to join them on an FR contract - the salary isn't a meaningful form of compensation, they only pay the absolute minimum over what you earn anyways. The FR contract is nothing more than a way for them to take your renewal business at the end of the term.

I’ve loved my meetings with Julie and Stephen! They are both so informative and have helped us understand our current and future financial picture. Highly recommend them!
