Don't bother. The service is awful, the people upfront at register will look and treat you awfully because they rather laugh and talk then do their job. I ordered a cheesesteak and it looked good ar first but as i ate it it was overly salted beyond needed. I couldn't even finish it due to how inedible it was due to the salt. Disappointed.

I rated the atmosphere a 3 because the food court AC was not working. But everything else was great. Sandwich was surprisingly good and came out quickly. Fries were cooked well and seasoned.

$12.00 for this! So expensive for very little food. And what business doesn't take orders over the phone

I’m honestly disappointed cause I order from O’Charley’s ALL the time & I love it, however I prefer O’charleys this afternoon from lunch and I was telling her about the peach lemonade so I ordered her one as well, money down the drain cause I only got 1 of them, (not sure if this was my Postmates driver fault or the restaurant fault either way im irritated) I was already irritated enough with that but one day thing I could tell that was NOT my driver fault (my stuff was sealed) was the bite in my Philly cheesesteak! I was honestly disgusted and threw the Philly cheesesteaks away, 🤢like I said, honestly disappointed because I love this place and this has NEVER happened before with them!😡 🤦🏽‍♀️ my cheese fries were good though! 🙂

Came in at lunch time and only had a 2 - 3 minute wait. This place was one of the few places with a line of people. I placed my order and the cashier was super nice! I got a Philly cheesesteak combo, fries and drink. It was amazing! They were super fast even during the lunch rush. Only took them another 3 minutes to have my food ready. Will definitely be coming back here again!
