Restaraunt is dirty. Thw grill is dirty. If uour going to make cheese steaks you have to clean the grill regularly. There was a boat of fries and looks like tenders just spilled on the counter just sitting there. The whole place isn't very inviting. Its usually empty, maybe this is why. Probably won't be back. Bad first impression. Im sure I'll hear from the owner but this isn't on the owner its tough to hire people that work with pride.......you could tell they dont really care about the store. I feel bad for franchisees in el paso. Check put the pic. Just unacceptable

I ordered the original and this is what I got. It was pretty dead in here for a Friday but I figured it was the pricing...it is definitely the care of service. I thought the loaded fries with barely any cheese was an anomaly so I did not take a picture of it then I got to this and was so disappointed I had to write a review. The strawberry lemonade was incredible though. The owner is going to say something about giving them another chance but this is the same issue someone had 10 months ago. They do not care to get better only to get your money.

The chicken California is light yet super tasty and satisfying. The chicken and cheese combined with any sauce you’d like makes the sandwich even better. The bread is light and toasty, but filling. I got the BOGO on DoorDash but even 1/2 the sandwich is a good 6 inches.

Soda machine was not working only had lemonade and tea available, ran out of cheese and bacon, and sandwiches made poorly with little to no toppings. The picture attached is what they gave me as large cheese and bacon fries.

Pretty good but definitely not like on Ft Bliss, still new and they might be getting the hang of things, still good non the less. Gourmet fries were good just as the original seasoned fries. Strawberry lemonade is always good. Friendly staff and quick service. Small dinning area. Plenty of parking. Veteran Discount a plus.
