I had the gutter guys install brand new soffits, fascia and gutters on my home and I am very happy with the results! They were friendly, professional and produced great quality work. I would definitely recommend!

I would have done a 4.5 star but that isn't an option. Everything went really smooth and the gentlemen were a delight to work with. I was given different options during the quote which allowed me to pick what suited my budget best. The only hiccup was there was some communication delay when scheduling the project and ensuring it was done in a timely fashion as promised. Victor and Jeremy did a great job, there was one small issue I did not love the way the downspout looked at the front of the house, Andrew checked in and sent Ben out to adjust it without me requesting. I wasn't able to be home when most of the work was getting done but I knew it was in good hands.

I would like to acknowledge that when speaking with Ben it had come up that the porch was new and the work was done by a good friend of mine who unfortunately passed before he was able to complete the gutters, Ben was very compassionate to my situation and assured that he would do the project the justice it deserved to honour the work of my late friend and contractor. I am very happy with the way it turned out!

Thank you!

*pictures are the original down spout I didn't love, the second is the more aesthetic fix that Ben did for me

I choose Gutter Guys Plus, for a variety of reasons. Sam was a very knowledgeable, and respectable salesman. He took the time to listen and answer all questions.
Their scheduler Brenda provided follow up and scheduled installation date. She was very professional and pleasant to communicate with.
I was fortunate to have Ben, Grant and Joe, install my gutter guards. They were very efficient, and demonstrated great craftsmanship. I would highly recommend this company for the variety of services that they offer.

In February, I noticed a lot of icicles on the eaves at the back of the house I bought in August. I included a photo of the ice. Once the icicles melted, an iceberg size chunk of ice slide down from the top of the roof and ripped the eaves at the back almost off the house, so called a few companies and decided to hire Gutter Guys.

Gutter Guys started and finished a few weeks ago and did a really great job. The work only took 4 days to finish, even though it was a significant upgraded, due to the age and condition of what was there. (It would have been nice if the home inspector mentioned this).

Gutter Guys replaced all soffits, fascia, drip trays (if that’s what they are called), all the eaves, all downspouts,, and added heat coils to the roof, gutter guards and maybe more.

They cleaned up very well!

Their team was pleasant and respectful.
They worked extremely hard in the rain some days and for long hours. Everything was explained to me and even when neighbours voiced concern about the placement of the downspouts, Ben, the owner came back and spoken to them to reassure everything was okay.

I recommend this company if you need this type of work done!

Solid Work and Real Responsiveness from Gutter Guys

Gutter Guys did two big jobs for my house starting last October. As a new homeowner I am glad I had them take care of it end to end

First they replaced all the old gutters and downspouts, added new fascia, soffit, and roof edge boards. The crew was professional, polite, and good about explaining things when I asked. After install there were a few issues: some gutters didn't slope right and a couple joints leaked. I pointed it out, they came back fast, re-did the problem areas properly, and got it right with no extra cost or hassle. That fixed my worry quickly.

Then a windstorm hit and tore siding off one side. I reached out to Tristan over the weekend. He showed up the next day with options, got insurance sorted, and had his crew start in a week. They replaced siding on all three sides plus new window capping.

Everything looks clean and sturdy now. From quote to start on the gutters, they kept me updated on real timelines.

Dino (Project manager) handled scheduling updates well. Tristan answered questions anytime and made insurance paperwork simple.

Big shoutout to Brandon, Dylon & Robert who were at the site working even when it’s -24 and windy.

Brenda and Rebecca kept things moving smoothly from estimate through finish.

Their quick response after the storm and overall availability beat what I've seen from other trades lately. Any issues got handled right away. House is fixed properly and the whole process ended up positive. Definitely recommend them. 5 stars.
