We obtained a construction to permanent loan through Wheatland Bank (formerly North Cascades) East Wenatchee branch. We have been very dissatisfied with the entire process, and would not recommend this branch to others looking to do any kind of construction loan/mortgage.

The entire process was extremely slow. Our appraisal took close to 4 weeks to be completed from when it was first ordered.

There were many mistakes and inconsistencies on the closing paperwork that the notary had to correct during signing.

We also had a big surprise when signing our closing documents. We were under the impression our additional signer was a "co-signer", as the signer told our loan officer they did not want to be on the property title. Come to find out our loan officer set the loan up so they would be a "co-borrower", and their name would be added to our property title. We were never informed of this by the loan officer.

Currently, now after the loan has closed, we have been waiting 6 weeks for the bank to correct our payment due date to the correct month. If you decide to get a loan from this bank, be prepared to hear lots of responses such as "we'll get back to you next week", or "a few more days".

I'd recommend saving yourself a headache and weeks/months of time and find another branch for your loan needs.

The ladies at the east Wenatchee branch are real star's for NCB quick service always smiling and friendly never make any mistakes always just spot on to my needs. Diana goes out of her way to bring a smile to my face when ever I enter the bank.

Very fast, efficient, and kind members at the East Wenatchee and Wenatchee branches! Came in because my old financial aid checking account was closed, they were able to set up a new one within 30 minutes. I also got a free gift so that’s always great even though I’m an established member! I’ll always recommend this bank to my friends and family.

Jenn & Diana literally treat me like rockstars every time I come into the branch. They are both super friendly, absolutely on-the-ball when it comes to taking care of my banking needs, and they make me feel like a valuable customer.

Really cant ask for more than that!
