I am extremely happy with Bath Creations and the bathroom remodel they recently did in my home. The techs arrived on time, and had the job completed in 3 days as they stated. Quality craftsmanship, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

A crew from Bath Creations just finished a bathroom remodel at our house this week, and our entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. Each person who worked with us was patient, helpful, and offered thoughtful suggestions. They all had good follow-through on anything they promised to do. The crew Eddie & Lane kept a clean workspace all week, finished a day ahead of schedule, and did a wonderful job. We greatly appreciated their hard work and attention to detail. Highly recommend Bath Creations!

I had a very old and small shower redone in a tight space . It is beautiful and I am so pleased. But the most important thing to me is the exceptional customer experience from the very first phone call I made. Dave was so great when we met helping me decide what to do. I had a few follow up questions/ changes, and he always got back to me promptly. Chase and John installed the shower. Truly, you could not find a better pair of men. From the actual installation and skill, to their care and clean up afterward, to their friendliness, professionalism and respect. They were a delight to work with, and I was very comfortable with them in my home. It is obvious Bath Creations is a family run business with traditional values of real customer service. So refreshing in this day and age!

We chose Alex and his team at Bath Creations to update our master bathroom with a new tub and surround, toilet, flooring and vanity top and we're very happy we did. He spent lots of time with us at his showroom where we could look at the items before selecting and walked us through all the options available to us. The installers were also top-notch, taking care to protect our carpet and flooring to/from the bathroom and working with us as things were installed, finishing the job on time. Alex came back to ensure we were completely satisfied and put the finishing touches on a good experience. Unlike previous experiences with bath remodels, these guys were always on top of things, flexible, and responsive to all of our requests. We would gladly recommend Bath Creations to anyone and were very pleased with our choice.

I can’t thank Bath Creations enough for helping me out of a nightmare situation. I had previously hired a contractor who left my bathroom in a dangerous and unfinished state, and most companies would not touch someone else’s mess. Bath Creations stepped in when I needed them most.

From the very beginning, they were professional, polite, and compassionate. They gave me a fair price, explained everything clearly, and worked efficiently to complete the job. The quality of their work is outstanding—my bathroom looks perfect and functions exactly as it should. They also took the time to clean up thoroughly, which shows the pride they take in their work.

It’s rare to find a company that not only delivers top-notch craftsmanship but also treats their customers with genuine care and respect. I highly recommend Bath Creations to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and professional team. They turned a very stressful situation into a positive experience, and I am so grateful!
