We have been going to Accurate for years, but our most recent experience really topped them all! They were so conscientious and accommodating. They went out of their way to make my husband‘s 25-year-old truck look like new again. The manager there (Casey) also had some great recommendations for options that would give us the best results for the least amount of money. We really appreciated all that he/ they did. Truck looks amazing now!

I received the best service today! I went in to Accurate Northwest because of damage to the paint on the back of my vehicle. I figured they would be booked out weeks in advance for repairs, but the staff and technician immediately got the buffing machine out and had it looking perfect in less than 10 minutes. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

I locked myself out of my car and called AAA for help. The help opened my car door but I didn’t realize until days later he bent my upper right side drivers door out so fat that it left a gap, large enough to allow air and rain inside. I started an insurance claim. I had been told that returning the metal door back to its normal position might be expensive. I started to worry and a friend suggested I stop by Accurate Northwest Auto Body in Bonners Ferry to see what it might cost.

I stopped by and met their estimator, Celia. I told her the problem and she came out to the car. She said it was an easy fix, to call my insurance company and cancel the claim and come back to their shop any morning and they would fix my car within ten minutes for free. I went home and told my husband. We drove back to the shop the next morning. They fixed the door perfectly, and it only took five minutes. I kept thinking how some companies might have taken advantage of me. But this business did not. They were friendly, honest, and saved me money, and not just for the repair. She was just as concern about my future insurance payments rising because I made a claim.
I highly recommend Accurate Northwest Auto Body. They are terrific.

Every so often you encounter a business that truly goes ABOVE + BEYOND...not just because they are getting paid....but because you can tell that they actually CARE! That is what you will find with Casey and his team at Accurate Northwest.

We had multiple incidents with my teen daughter's car due to others backing into it in various parking lots. There were two claims and two insurance companies involved.

Casey and the office staff made the process smooth, easy and provided frequent updates to me during the timely repairs. They even did some extra stuff they didn't have to do. They cleaned up the inside of the car. They put a nice little paper floor mat in there.

The big / main stuff matters...yes it's important. And they crush it with their primary business services. And it's the little extra details and attention and care they provide that leaves you feeling like they are committed to 5+ star service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As someone who also owns and operates businesses I give these guys and gals kudos for doing right by their clients and for being the kind of upstanding business you'd hope to find in a town like Bonners Ferry.
