Had a worst experience today with one of the WWEX brokers. We took a load with 1pm delivery appt in Sam's DC. We checked in at 1230pm just to be told that our appt was cancelled 3 days ago. I immediately started calling the broker. After 30 minutes of calling and couple VM left i wasn't able to reach anyone. i proceeded to follow up with the email. For the next two hours i send couple more emails and i tried every WWEX phone number and broker i had worked with over the last 5-6 years and could not get a single broker to answer the phone call. I then tried calling the main corporate number and again nobody answers. i finally received the email back saying our appt is cancelled and i can tell driver to leave and that i will be getting a TONU!! a TONU!! mind you that we picked up a load a day prior and we are at the delivery. I kept asking the broker (Marcus Magdaleno) to give me a call back but he refused and just kept replying that I will be getting a TONU! He did not understand that I can't get a TONU if i am already on the load at the delivery but yeah that's what I had to deal with.
If you book a load with them be ready not to get your calls or emails answered for hours if not whole day. For 6 hours i have been trying to get someone on the phone with out any luck.

Expensive and hidden fees not explained in the beginning. Also very difficult to contact anyone with issues or questions. Not worth it.
