I canāt thank Medical Team Hospice enough for all they did to make my aunt comfortable in her last days. This team worked with our entire family. They were informative, compassionate, knowledgeable, and kind. They guided us through this difficult process, and kept in touch, checking up on us afterwards. They truly honored my auntās life journey.

The most compassionate understanding team. My Nonnas death was peaceful and at home because of The Medical Team accommodations. I am a nurse and would highly recommend them. They sent my father and I memory gifts, extremely thoughtful š¢š

My family can't express enough gratitude for the Medical Team's hospice care. Nurse Jennifer was a wonderful help walking us through my grandmother's end of life. She was kind, compassionate, efficient, and handled different personalities incredibly well. She loved my grandma and my grandma loved her, which is the most you can ask for. If we called with an issue or concern, they were on site immediately to check in. They took care of her as their own family. I would highly recommend this team to anyone who is looking for hospice care. It's a difficult and emotional time for everyone, but Jennifer made it as easy as possible. We truly can never say thank you enough.

Jen was our Rnā¦ loved her! Jenna was the best aide Iāve seen! Jennifer social worker was so compassionateā¦ itās a great team!! Lyndy was on call over the weekend and was just superb! It was a very ugly passing of my precious friend, this team gave me hugs and true compassion! Love Team āJā
