Inside Whole Food next to pizza counter on the right. Not very visible. No person working the counter. Needed to order via phone app and sign up. Order and single person working brought order out.
Ate meal outside at tables.
Cheeseburger, pretty forgettable. Not much to it and there is an upcharge for veggie burger.
Chili, okay, forgot it from order and had to go back to get it.
Milk shake, pretty thick.
I should have just bought some groceries from Whole Foods!!

Coming from Ireland we have little to no 'fast food' plant based options like this so I was excited to try! I got one of the regular burgers, the mac and cheese and the fries. The burger was excellent, I couldn't fault it. the Mac and Cheese was also very tasty. Not overly gone on the fries but still nice!

Great food, great concept, completely incompetently run.

We placed a delivery order, which the DoorDash driver apparently stole. The staff had no idea how to refund someone or replace the order and said we would have to pay again if we actually wanted our food. Apparently contract law doesn't apply to them?

The next time, counter staff massively overcharged my child and didn't know how to process a refund. Said a manager would have to do it when they came in. Never happened.

The app was also randomly down so we could not use our rewards points, which also violates laws regarding rewards programs. It's basic customer service 101 that if something is malfunctioning, you instruct your staff to just issue the equivalent discount to anyone who asks. Your staff had been instructed about absolutely nothing and were just like "uhhhh I guess you can't?" Pretty horrible of the management to just leave your staff in positions where customers are going to be frustrated with them for something that is entirely on management.

There is no real-time chat help or a phone that is answered, either at the store or nationally. The only way to contact them is through e-mail, which they don't respond to.

My vegan friend raved about the bbq mushroom burger, and I was pleasantly surprised! The sweet potato fries and fried green beans were fried to perfection! So crunchy and not too greasy! The chicken sandwich was also good.
