Everyone LOVED our first dance and it was so fun to have a date night every week leading up to the wedding learning and working on a new skill together!

Natalie our dance instructor is amazing!!! She's very clear and direct, and choreographed the entire thing but also allowed us to input any specific lifts or moves. We did the private 6class+1 intro lesson for a 2.5minute dance routine. Worth the experience for sure!

I started at this studio as a complete beginner, and I’ve been amazed at how quickly I’ve leveled up. Natalie has been a fantastic instructor! She knows exactly how to guide you while encouraging you to challenge yourself on the dance floor. Highly recommend taking lessons with her!

My husband and I have been taking lessons at Fred Astaire for almost two years and we have loved developing a new skill and becoming a part of the welcoming community! We enjoy the private lessons, group lessons, and the many events that are put on throughout the month.

We also had Johnny choreograph our wedding dance and he did an amazing job! Both Johnny and Natalie are skilled and friendly instructors and we have loved getting to know them over these past few years.

We had the best time working with Natalie to prepare for our first dance. It was everything we were hoping for with simplicity, feeling natural, and also some very cool moves. 2 lifts!!! I would strongly recommend! She is great to work with, works at your speed, is open to feedback and ultimately wants you to feel comfortable and excited about the dance.

She gives you a toolset that you can incorporate in other situations as well! Her lessons will go beyond just our first dance which we are excited to break out as well!

My husband and I took private dance lessons with Johnny at Fred Astaire Dance Studio before our wedding, and it was absolutely fantastic. We started with zero dance experience and were honestly a little nervous about our first dance at the reception.
Johnny was an incredible instructor—patient, encouraging, and so much fun to work with. He helped us build our confidence step by step and created a routine that felt natural and truly “us.” By the time our wedding day arrived, we not only felt comfortable on the dance floor, but we were actually excited about it.
Thanks to Johnny, we were able to execute our routine flawlessly and it ended up being one of our favorite moments of the night. If you’re preparing for a wedding dance (especially if you think you can’t dance!), I can’t recommend Johnny and the Fred Astaire team enough.
