Probably the best location of any hotel I’ve stayed at. So close to everything. Turndown service was unexpected and wonderfully inviting. Thank you for that kind touch. Hotel is unique and really neat. Our suite was amazing and the view from the bathroom was incredible. The bath/shower area is huge and very luxurious. Unfortunately it took a really long time to get anything brought to our room. Other than that and parking being expensive, this was a great stay!

This was our second stay at this hotel, and it definitely won’t be our last! The location is outstanding—within walking distance of many of Philadelphia’s historic landmarks, including Independence Hall, as well as Penn’s Landing and other great restaurants and attractions. It’s the perfect home base for exploring such a walkable city.

One of the biggest reasons we keep coming back is how pet-friendly the hotel is. Kimpton offers one of the best complimentary pet policies we’ve experienced, making it easy to travel with our dog. The staff is always warm, welcoming, and courteous, and we love the hotel’s unique, stylish décor.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. We were even treated to an amazing view of Independence Hall from our window, which made our stay even more special.

Don’t miss the complimentary wine social hour from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m.—it’s a wonderful touch and a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

Gorgeous rooms w/amazingly comfortable beds. The bathroom w/the stand alond tub inside the giant shower is super nice. The corner room above the restaurant had a great view of the park & Independence Hall. Also, it was surprisingly quiet considering it was on the corner of a busy street & above the restaurant.

I am late to reviewing this property but it's important that I do so! My friend and I had a really, really wonderful stay in this GORGEOUS hotel. In earlier reviews I saw that there was some complaint about construction but we experienced none of that. Our room was newly renovated and stunning with a peacock motif. The bathroom was huge, the hot water plentiful and the beds were very comfortable. Having read a review that there was no coffee maker, I simply requested one and it was there. The staff were universally friendly, quick and helpful. The wine hour in the stunning lounge was high quality with really complex and delicious appetizers as well. The hotel is perfectly located for a short walk to the Convention Center where we went to the Flower Show. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

I had the most beautiful birthday stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything felt intentional, warm, and luxurious. The ambiance is stunning, the rooms are stylish and comfortable, and the entire experience felt like a true escape.

What truly made my stay unforgettable was the concierge, Rashid. His level of care, attention to detail, and genuine kindness went above and beyond anything I expected. He made me feel celebrated, valued, and completely taken care of. It honestly elevated my entire birthday experience.

If you’re looking for a hotel that delivers both elegance and exceptional service, this is it. I’ll definitely be back!
