Horrible expirence the workers are so rude especially the bald older Ethiopian guy. No one will help if you have a question they play hot potato sending you to different people and no one has an answer. They made me miss my block once i was there 20 min early they didn't allow me to check on with my ID until it was too late. Then when i asked about it they said there's nothing they can do. I absolutely avoid this pick up station for amazon flex.

This review is for semi truck drivers.. You HAVE to blind-side back your trailer in here depending on which dock they assign to you. The Amazon flex barricade is blocking the path so you would not be able to back the trailer safely. I gave one star for terrible location, unnecessary blind side backing, and weird workers.

I was an hour and 20 mins from my home when I was done my route. Called support to ask questions like” what’s the distance or radius the flex drivers do” they said they don’t know. Wouldn’t give me the number to the station to find out. 1 hr and 20 mins from home is ridiculous and the money I just made is basically gas money!!!

Amazon Flex pick ups are located in the rear of the building. Furthest entrance is pickup, money to be made 🎉 safe drives

You have to drag a cart in just to be able to get your route. Parking is ridiculous for the amount of volume. Some people take up spots without having their block start yet. They put the heaviest packages in bags so you'll get bags that are probably ripped instead of it being in a box. Management is helpful... couple of workers that are weird and extremely annoying. Oh and you have to check in from an opposite exit of where you need to bring the carts in to get your route. 🤦🏾‍♀️ some weird staff will aggressively tell you to bring a cart in.
