We are repeat clients because we were happy with their work ethics last time we sold so we did not hesitate to call them to sell this time. Chris and Kathy worked well together as a team to sell this house. It sold amazingly fast and thanks to their guidance and experience they were able to keep us up to date and were able to complete all the paper work with confidence. We used Team Shody (working primarily with Chris) in 2017 when we purchased our first home and again in 2020 when we sold our home. When purchasing, Chris' experience and knowledge of Guelph and the surrounding areas was a huge help as we were moving to the city and had never even visited before. Chris quickly learned about us and what we were looking for in our search and was invaluable at providing information we couldn't know just from a listing - like what a neighbourhood is like or where the busiest streets are. He was an expert set of eyes for us when touring a home, pointing out things we wouldn't have considered as first time home buyers and encouraging us not to settle or overpay for a property when we felt discouraged.
