Set wrong expectations and extremely overpriced!

Tech came to quote a mini split installation, discussed brand, unit size, running lines inside walls to the exterior, drywall, and electrical. Was told all would be included in the cost. Very professional in person, and said the quote would be in my inbox by end of day.

Never received it. Followed up the next day and was told it must have gone to the wrong email. Once I confirmed my address, it arrived within minutes.

The quote that came through bore no resemblance to what was discussed, and was significantly overpriced for the scope of work. Would not recommend.

As a general contractor building custom homes, I’ve worked with a lot of trades over the years, and these guys are the real deal. Professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. Their communication was excellent, the quality of work was top notch, and they approached problems with practical solutions instead of shortcuts. Matthew came to rescue. He did a successful diagnosis on our heat pump and rewired everything and brought heat back to our cold home again. He was very patient and kept us in the loop with his progress of work at all times. Very reasonable price too that is charged by flat fee rather than hour, it was our first time using Paris Service and it came recommended by our neighbor, and I would recommend too, especially Matthew!!

We would like to specifically recognize Shayan, the technician who first came to diagnose our boiler issue. He was extremely professional and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Instead of immediately proceeding with an expensive repair, he took the initiative to check whether the faulty part was still under warranty. He patiently made several phone calls to confirm the details, and thanks to his effort, the part turned out to be covered.

Without Shayan’s honesty and diligence, we likely would have ended up paying a significant amount unnecessarily. We truly appreciate his professionalism and integrity, and highly recommend him and the company.

The technician Matthew who came on a different day to replace the boiler part was also excellent—professional, efficient, and easy to work with. The replacement was done smoothly, and everything was clearly explained. Great service overall.

We lost heat late Monday night. Made 6 phone calls and these guys were the only ones who jumped on the issue. They came the very next day gave us four options for fixing our issue and we chose to replaced both our old boilers. And then showed up the next day with everything they needed and did a super efficient install. Had a great price. I would highly recommend these guys to anybody. Best service company in town.

Wow. Honestly I've worked with a lot of service companies and these guys are so far and above every other company in terms of customer service, it's crazy.

From start to finish it was so incredibly professional. The install was so streamlined and efficient, they were in and out in 2 days.

Anyone who needs plumbing or vacation service, call these guys. Highly recommend.
