Fremont location is little bit further away from where I leave but every time I go there, they’ve given me excellent treatment. Jerry, who was my colonist was very friendly and knew his job well.
I enjoy going to this Fremont location v/s San Ramon.

Thank youI had a wonderful experience at the Fremont location, and I especially want to thank Jerry for his professionalism and attention to detail.

From the beginning, Jerry took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. He asked detailed questions, gave me helpful advice, and explained the process along the way. Every color choice was discussed with me and approved before it was applied, including the root color and the toner.

I also really appreciated that after the service, Jerry came back to check and evaluate the final result himself. I felt that he genuinely cared about the outcome and wanted to make sure I was happy with the result.

The overall atmosphere at the Fremont location was also very pleasant and welcoming. I felt comfortable, listened to, and well taken care of throughout the appointment.

I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Jerry and the Fremont location!

I love this place! I’ve been going there for about three months now. I started with full hair color, and they also offer a membership, which is really convenient—you can choose the services you need. It’s definitely worth the money. My hair looks so much better now

This was my first salon experience, and it was absolutely great! My stylist, Breanna, made me feel comfortable right from the start with a consultation before my hair coloring, especially helpful since this was a big change for me. As we went through the process, she explained each step, which helped me feel at ease and more familiar with everything. Now I know what to expect the next time I return and will definitely bring a book or my headphones. 😆 I didn’t even think about the waiting time for the dye to set in. On the other hand, the music they played in the salon was a vibe! 🫶🏽

I truly appreciated how attentive my stylist was and checking on my comfort in the chair and offering water and other beverage options. She also finished with a beautiful blowout that I loved. I’ll definitely be coming back!
