Couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Extra Space Storage. Clay was professional, experienced, and offered us the best and most affordable solution for what we needed. It is an understatement to say this kind of service is rare today.

It’s fine overall. But the prices being raise 80% increase is outrageous. You can’t expect any one to want to stay. We are in hard times. Please keep the pay rate the same.

With lost keys and unknown codes, and the need for fairly quick access in order to clean out a storage space, Clay really stepped up for us. From keeping in touch with his regional manager regarding legalities and being available to answer all our questions, he made an ugly task much easier. Clay really went above the line for us and we so appreciate that! Thank you so much!!!!

During one of my breaks at work, I drove over to Extra Storage. One because my mother discovered this place and introduced it to me when I have to move the first time. Now I'm moving again but had too much to go through as of late, so the ideal thing for me to do (other than throw it all away) was to get a storage unit. Because of her experience, I knew the first place I wanted to go and omg, wait till I tell you! The person I met in the office was store manager Clay Garrett. This professional made me feel so welcomed, he asked questions, and gave you his undivided attention. Then after telling him what I was looking for, he took me on a tour. The first storage unit he shown me was THE perfect size and was what I was looking. FINALLY, someone that gets it!!! With this, had me feel like a gigantic weight had been lifted off my shoulders and I can breath. Everyone knows that moving can be very stressful. I don't know what other experience could top the hospitality that was bestowed upon me. It was quick, the pricing is reasonable, but if customer service treats you like that...then I don't want to think of where I'm going next. I'm staying put, because I love it here. And I haven't even put my things in the unit yet, LOL.

As of 05 JAN:
Had some issues getting into the unit after the long trip, but Clay ensured that I was taken care of for the inconvenience.

Initial Review:
I absolutely dislike moving, but getting my storage unit set up with Extra Space Storage definitely made the process less stressful. Even though I haven’t been onsite yet, I already feel confident in my decision. Clay, the site manager, is super friendly and easy to talk to if you have any questions. I started my quote online and wrapped it up over the phone with a very helpful customer service rep. Great experience so far, and I’m looking forward to finishing the move!
