As a cancer doctor, Dr. Salgia has expertise in treating lung cancer, mesothelioma, thymic malignancies, bronchial carcinoids and thoracic malignancies. Dr. Salgia serves on various panels for the National Cancer Institute, is on the local leadership board for American Lung Association, is the recipient of several honors and awards and is recognized on "Best Doctors" and "Top Doctors" lists.
