I had the best experience with Nuno as customer service at Tasco on Dufferin when I purchased a washer and dryer last week. He answered all my questions and had my units expedited for delivery to within a week. The delivery team also made it on time within the window and were very careful putting my units in place. Highly recommend this place . They know about appliances!

Do yourself a favour and stay away from this place. While the salesperson was helpful, once the appliance was sold, it all fell apart. The installation department is a nightmare. There's nothing at this store that you can't get elsewhere - do yourself a favour and skip this place!!

I was in your shop yesterday at noon for 20 minutes.No-one approached to assist me,several sales staff were seated.
I went on to Caplan's and purchased $9500 worth of appliances.
Perhaps next time a middle aged African Canadian woman enters your store,someone could approach her.
