We worked with Monarca construction for our kitchen remodel. We wanted to tear it down to the studs, remove a wall and replace all the fixtures, materials, floors, appliance, lighting, doors and windows. It was a huge project. Carlos was the best partner we could have asked for. He delivered on every commitment he made. He communicated regularly, solved problems quickly, delivered the entire project on time, and most importantly, built us a phenomenal kitchen that was exactly what we wanted.

We had never embarked on a project this large, and Carlos was extremely easy to work with. He suggested we work with a local provider in town for cabinets, countertops, backsplash and tile and it proved to be super easy and convenient. Carlos was also extremely punctual. The project started exactly on time, and his team moved at a break-neck pace. Within hours of entering the home, the kitchen was demoed down to the studs. His team of six were in the house daily, working until 8pm, and accomplished so much every day, we could hardly believe it.

Everyone on his team was extremely pleasant, respectful and thoughtful in their work. They approached our home with craftsmanship in mind, and ensured we were getting the best overall experience and product.

Problem-solving and troubleshooting was painless. Overall there were very few decisions we needed to make. We left a lot of overall choices to Carlos and his team, and we're beyond pleased with the results.

Just four weeks after the project began, we are in our brand new kitchen. It looks exactly as we imagined and are thrilled with the result. After hearing nightmare stories of our friends with hard-to-reach contractors and never-ending timelines, we're amazed to have found Carlos. This project is the first of a long partnership and we won't work with anyone else but him moving forward. Thank you Carlos for the fantastic work on our house.

Carlos and his crew did a fantastic job with our house. They really care about the work and the details to get it done right. They worked late when needed to stay on schedule. I’m using them again for a second project! I know it is just a small part of the project, but I am very excited about our handrail for the stairs. It came out exactly as I wanted.

Carlos and his team did an excellent job on our bathroom remodel. They offered a fair estimate with no surprises, had excellent communication throughout, and completed in a timely fashion. They were able to make our new bathroom vision a reality. Would definitely recommend for future projects. Thank you!

Carlos & team did a great job totally remodeling my bathroom, it turned out exactly how I wanted. Carlos was great at communicating & was very patient when I changed my mind about fixture color on the last day of the project. His team was also able to help me last minute with a leaking roof. I appreciate their dependability & wide range of skills.

Carlos & crew were excellent. After getting a couple bids for my basement renovation project (putting in new drywall, insulation, flooring, paint) Monarca came in competitive and were by far the most thorough when asking questions and coming up with thoughtful suggestions. Communication throughout the project was simple, and I was kept in the know with timing.

I am super happy with the finished product! Thanks Monarca! Will recommend you to family & friends looking for a great GC!
