With the expansion of central rural water pipeline systems into eastern South Dakota in the 1970's, the Lees moved eastward into Minnesota. Today Dave and Quentin, Jr. continue the family tradition of superior service and technological innovation in providing you with the best water possible. Our current service area stretches from Eagle Bend, Minnesota to Watertown, South Dakota from Osakis, Minnesota to Webster, South Dakota and from central Otter Tail County to south of U.S. Highway 212.
