Had Shield come an patch a horizontal crack to my foundation. Their two-person team was so incredible, then excavated the exterior wall, patched and back-filled. I can hardly tell they were here. It was impressive to have this completed in 2-days and makes me very happy with the rain we are currently seeing (June 2026).

3rd update, New work completed Sept 2025.

I hired Shield to raise my existing double garage to replace the old cracked/heaved slab and driveway. Big project successfully finished on time and within budget.

As with any big project, there were some hiccups, but Shield stepped up and made things right.

Thanks mainly to Adam, Brad, Ted, Diego, Dakota, Alex L, and Eric. An outstanding crew who knew what they were doing.

Also a big thank you to Tammy in the Office for working with us regarding payment for the work done.

Update July 2025: I had Shield come back to remove and pour a new exposed aggregate front sidewalk for me.

Ted and Dakota worked on it from start to finish. I couldn't be happier with their work.
They did a great job! Thanks.

Previous job:
The repairs they made on my foundation were done expertly. Excavated neatly, prepared the cracks thoroughly, and used high grade sealants and coatings to finish the job.

Their finished work gave me very high confidence that there will be no more water leakage ever again.

Artem and his crew photo documented every step and they explained what they were doing so I could understand the process.

The workmanship and professionalism of Shield Foundation Repair was exceptional . From the quoting stage throughout the preparation & scheduling period right through to the repair crews work was exemplary. Shield’s crew of Alex, David & Vouq and Vlad & Oleksii displayed total commitment and respect to the task at hand and their attention to detail was evident. Their respect to our home throughout the day and at the end of the days’s work by cleaning their work area was outstanding. At times the weather was not ideal however the crew was undaunted by the task at hand and they worked diligently through those weather conditions.

We bought a house in Aug 2024 for a military move. Fast forward to April 2025 and the finished basement is taking on water. We called 3 companies for assessments/quotes, one being Shield Foundation Repair Inc. out of the companies who came in Shield was the only one who wanted to start with the simple things and the way I see it do a process of elimination. One company told us the house was “sinking” and needed 50-75k worth of work. I even stated to Alex (Senior Project Manager) that it “felt like the house was sinking” he said no and explained things. Right then and there I knew this was a honest company! They could have ran with that and had me paying more. I hope he knows how much I respect and appreciate his honesty!

Sadly in our case the weeping tile was too far gone for anything simple and needed to be replaced.

Crew arrived to start work and out of all my years of owning homes and doing work the crew we had has been one of the best crews I have ever had to deal with! We have been treated with nothing but kindness and respect. They have answered any questions, kept us up on progress and what they were doing. Alerted us to things they come across. Hardworking crew so ofcourse we treated them a few times with some treats! They deserved it!

We are 100% satisfied with our choice in Shield and highly recommend them! Job is done right!
